Getting Started with Tubpred

Step 1. User Access to query interface

Click on the submit menu link to access the query interface

Step 2. Paste compound smiles

First paste your ligand or compounds 'smiles' into the text input

Step 3. Enter the uniprot ID of your protein / receptor

Enter the 'Uniprot ID' of your query protein into the text input

Step 4. Click on compute button.

click the 'Compute' to calculate the descriptors for compound and protein for model prediction

Step 5. Result.

After a few seconds, the feature descriptors will be calculated and model will predict the bioactivity based on the calculated descriptors. The results will be displayed in the result table, The results can also be downloaded to local computers for further analysis. A Confidence score of 0.13088039 means that there is about 13% chance that the prediction is inactive.
